Mahliya is a passionate family law attorney, a single mom, and a dedicated advocate for her clients and community. Within her first few months of practicing, she singlehandedly tried and won her first trial. She successfully launched her own firm after practicing for nine months. She has worked with clients across California, consistently achieving positive results in family law cases.In addition to her legal practice, she is a local law professor, committed to educating and supporting the next generation of legal professionals. She is especially passionate about uplifting her community, particularly people of color, and ensuring they have access to compassionate and effective legal representation.Mahliya's approach to family law is grounded in empathy, responsiveness, and honesty. Filing and serving fees are not included.This package is available for Requests for Order, Petitions, Responses, Settlement Agreements (agreement must already be reached), and Financial Disclosures.

This allows clients to receive professional legal help for key aspects of their case, while reducing overall legal costs.With our Full Representation service, we handle every detail of your case from start to finish. From preparing legal documents and managing filings to attending court hearings and negotiating settlements, our team is dedicated to protecting your rights and achieving the best possible outcome. This comprehensive service ensures peace of mind as we guide you through the legal process with care and expertise.

Consultations are available for our members at $50 for a 30-minute consultation, compared to the standard $150 rate. Membership does not include actual work done on your case and only secures attorney availability and the reduced consultation rate. Members represent themselves as pro se litigants.
