Many family law cases can be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or settlement agreements without going to court. However, if an agreement cannot be reached, court intervention may be necessary. We will discuss the best approach for your case.

Costs & Fees

We offer two tiers of representation:

  • Limited Scope Representation – Covers preparation and attendance for one hearing. The retainer is $2,500.
  • Full Representation – Covers your case from start to finish. The retainer is $5,000.

Retainers must be maintained at 50% of the initial amount, meaning you will need to replenish the balance as the case progresses.

No, we do not offer payment plans. All fees must be paid upfront before work begins on your case.

If your retainer balance falls below 50% of the initial amount, you will be required to replenish it.
